I work with a so-called multi-method approach. This means we will work with different psychological techniques, based on your unique situation, ensuring to offer the most effective support.

Throughout our sessions, we will blend elements from several treatment forms: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology.
