Welcome, I’m Greta, a psychologist offering a professional and confidential setting for young adults and expats navigating emotional challenges, personal transitions, and life in an international context. This practice was created to provide continuity, cultural understanding, and psychological support in a space where you can feel understood, both linguistically and personally. Sessions are available online and in person, in German, Italian, and English.

Our sessions may include elements of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Solution-Focused Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Gestalt Therapy.
